This role falls under our Five Guys umbrella. As our Five Guys team continues to grow, we’re in search of a Bar Attendant for our Airport branch. In this role you will deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and promotions.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring the bar is always well-stocked.
  • Payment Processing: Use a till to take orders and process payments accurately.
  • Serve sometimes food items to customers at the bar.
  • Ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and attempt to resolve simple customer queries and refer difficult customer queries to Managers.
  • Adhere to brand standards at all times and keeping up to date with Five Guys University courses.
  • Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and actively input efforts to achieve these.
  • Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort including restocking of workstations, upkeep of restroom and terrace areas, and any other daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Follow basic essentials – uniforms, grooming and punctuality and strictly follow all food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices.
  • Uses the company cash register accurately and maintains proper control of company assets.
  • Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties.
  • Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • 2 years in Hospitality Management or High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a service crew or on a similar role, excellent customer service
