This role falls under our X- Dubai umbrella. And will lead operations, and growth for XDubai’s attraction, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, opening/closing, ticketing, and customer service across both parks
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and lead diverse staff including coaches, play supervisors, and attendants
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and manage risk for high-impact and animal-related activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of natural, built, and recreational park features
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly to enhance visitor satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver engaging programs and seasonal events tailored to each park's audience
  • Propose and execute new attractions, features, or programs to drive innovation and keep parks competitive
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with schools, sponsors, brands, and community groups
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote both parks and drive attendance through events and campaigns
  • Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance across both parks
  • Drive business development by identifying new revenue opportunities, expanding service offerings, and launching initiatives to grow visitation and customer loyalty
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives

Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Leisure Management, Sports Management, or related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of operations management experience within recreation, entertainment, or leisure venues
