This role falls under our X- Dubai umbrella and is responsible for facilitating the customer’s experience at X Dubai’s attraction or facility. this position will reflect X Dubai’s brand in a face to face interation with customers and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Daily opening and closing procedures of Edgewalk
  • Supervising the progress and experience of each assigned group.
  • Usher the guests.
  • Fitting harness and helmets correctly and supervising the use of all safety equipment.
  • Conducting pre-tour safety orientation for each tour group.
  • Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
  • Assuring the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour.
  • Help and resolve customer complaints and questions
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service
  • Keep all filing up to date for database - sales and members
  • Servicing existing reservations of guests including upgrading, modifying and taking payments for existing reservations.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Assists in the upkeep of the facility.
  • Assist and collaborate with the team on events and projects
  • Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

Experience

  • Previous 3 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
