As Shamal Holding continues to grow, we’re in search of an Assistant Manager – Procurement & Contracts. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing all procurement activities related to development projects at Shamal. This includes strategic sourcing, vendor prequalification, bid management, evaluation, contract negotiation, and award processes. The role ensures alignment with project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance, while facilitating a seamless handover to the post-contract team.
