As Shamal Holding continues to grow, we’re in search of an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing. In this role you will support the Associate Director in executing the digital marketing strategy for Shamal Holding and its brands with a strong focus on performance optimisation, analytics and cross-channel coordination. This role will act as a key contributor in driving digital excellence across platforms, campaigns and customer journeys. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking, ensuring that digital initiatives are insight-led, measurable and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Support planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns across paid media, CRM, SEO and SEM.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest optimizations to improve ROI and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand and business objectives.

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, funnel metrics and customer behaviour.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy of tracking and data integrity across platforms.

 

Platform & Martech Support

  • Assist in managing digital platforms (web, mobile, CRM) with a focus on UX and performance.
  • Support martech tool implementation and usage, ensuring platforms are leveraged effectively.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors on platform enhancements and troubleshooting.

 

Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for digital media agencies, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with brand, IT and agency teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

 

Budget & Performance Tracking

  • Assist in managing digital budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of spend.
  • Monitor ROI and provide recommendations for budget reallocation based on performance.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ relevant years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role agency or client side, as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROl.
  • Good project management skills.
