This role falls under our X Dubai umbrella and this role will be responsible in ensuring the smooth daily operation of The Square — an open F&B and lifestyle destination. This position bridges the gap between mall management, floor operations, and retail partners to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a high-quality customer experience.

 

Candidates with Mall Operations experience is a plus. (Work Location is Nad Al Sheba)

Responsibilities

      1. Floor Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day activities across all F&B outlets and retail units within The Square.
  • Ensure operational readiness of the venue, including cleanliness, ambiance, and safety compliance.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs and report any maintenance, security, or operational issues.
  1. Retail Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact between The Square and management for operational matters.
  • Liaise with retail teams to coordinate activations, peak traffic schedules, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support tenant onboarding, compliance checks, and handover/takeover processes.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain strong working relationships with F&B operators, retail tenants, operations, and internal teams.
  • Address and resolve tenant or partner issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate updates, policies, and operational changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  1. Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, health & safety standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Support incident response, emergency procedures, and regular safety inspections.
  1. Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain daily logs of operations, issues, and resolutions.
  • Prepare reports on footfall, tenant feedback, incidents, and operational KPIs.
  • Assist with scheduling, access permits, and facility requests as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within mall operations.
