Dockside Ambassador - Dubai Harbour Marinas

This role comes under our Dubai Harbour Marinas and we are seeking someone to represent Dubai Harbour Marina, while interacting with all members and guests to the Dubai Harbour marina while maintaining the gates and guest areas to the highest standards set by the Dubai Harbour Leadership team.

• To greet, welcome and assist all Dubai Harbour members and guests who enter the Dubai Harbour Marinas in accordance with the company standards (15/5 rule, Smile, Eye Contact, friendly verbal greeting, using the guests name when possible) anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Gather, summarise, and provide information to guests about Dubai Harbour facilities and services, amenities, including special events and activities and surrounding areas ensuring outstanding customer services and guest satisfaction.
• Record and respond in a professional manner to all guest queries, requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation of buggy and taxi, location or general queries and feedback, etc)
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner and professionally using the Dubai Harbour Marinas email standards and etiquette.
• Ensure the front of house / gates and guest common areas are clean and maintained in accordance with the Dubai Harbour standards.
• Contact appropriate individuals or departments (e.g., Operations, Security, Guest Service, Parkonic Housekeeping and Tenants) as necessary to resolve guest request, or queries
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of guest, members and proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• To ensure compliance with ISO integrated management systems requirements in the daily operations of Dubai Harbour Marinas.
• To carry out any other duties that may be required to operate the facilities at Dubai Harbour Marinas as requested by the management occasionally.

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications

• College level or Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Sales or Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• Up to two years or relevant experience on a similar role.
