As Shamal Holding continues to grow, we’re in search of an Executive Assistant – CEOs Office (Temp Role). In this role, you will provide high level administrative support and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the CEOs Office, this includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports and performing a variety of tasks that facilitate coordinating CEO Office activities, and serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
